Phil earned his BA in Political Science from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest Illinois. Upon graduation, he spent 5 years in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Major while serving as an Intelligence Officer in Southeast Asia. After the Corps, Phil served in key leadership roles with Atari and Yahoo!, and as a founding officer of Axlon Toys. He recently launched Quigley and Associates, in Kalispell, Montana, a consultancy dedicated to delivering practical, cost-effective leadership training to the Flathead Valley business community. Phil is an avid golfer, hiker, student of military history, and self-appointed movie trivia expert. He also volunteers with various veteran organizations, helping jobless vets transition back to civilian life.
Rayne loves working with and helping people. Working in HR presents new and exciting ways to interact with people daily. Rayne views each employee as an asset of the company and she hopes to ensure they feel that they are. Rayne thrives on developing strong relationships with her coworkers as well as other HR professionals.
Rayne has worked in various areas of HR for the last 12+ years, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Benefits, Leaves of absence, and HR Management. She enjoys being part of the JCCS team and serving the firm and employees' HR needs.
Rayne was born and raised in Georgia and she and her family made the move to Montana nearly three years ago. They have enjoyed all it has to offer and spend much of their time outdoors; rafting and camping in the summer and skiing in the winter.
Shayna moved to the Flathead in 2009 with her family from New Mexico. She graduated in 2010 from Whitefish High School.
In 2014, she started working for Sonju Industrial as their Human Resource Manager before transitioning into a Recruiter role for Express Employment in 2016. Shayna has continued her love of helping people develop in the workforce and helping local businesses as a Workforce Consultant at the Job Service.
When not working or networking, you can usually find Shayna kayaking and camping in the nearby many lakes in the Flathead, or spending quality time with her husband and 15-month-old.
